Cancellation policy
We currently do not offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy purchase options. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returns.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the order frequency you select. Your PROUDLY subscription plan can be changed, paused, or canceled at any time by logging into your PROUDLY account and clicking on the “Manage Subscription” link at the top of the screen. If you don’t have a PROUDLY account, you can request a Magic Link to your subscription management portal by visiting this link and entering the email address associated with your subscription; then, just follow the instructions in the email to manage your subscription.
You will also receive an email reminder a few days before each shipment is processed so you can make any changes.
